To reserve The Nook or The Conference Room, you may simply add your reservation to our shared google calendar. Once you become a member, you will be granted access to make changes and book your desired hours. We kindly ask that members limit themselves to 5hrs of reservations per week.

Whether you're part of a corporate team planning a workshop or retreat, a business owner looking to host a launch party, or an individual planning a content day— HQ can be adapted to fit your needs. Our goal is to provide a welcoming, professional, and thoughtfully designed space where people can gather, connect, and create meaningful experiences.

An HQ membership provides you 24/7 Access to our entire shared workspace. You get 2 Floors of workspace to access entirely on your terms.
Members also have the ability to rent out HQ spaces for private events at a 25% off, discounted rate.

Closures for private rentals are relatively infrequent and are typically limited to a few days each month. Many rentals take place during evenings or weekends when coworking usage is lower. We maintain a member calendar with advance notice of any scheduled closures, and our goal is always to maximize member access to the space.

Absolutely. Whether you're meeting with a client, collaborating with a business partner, or hosting a casual work meeting, HQ is designed to function as a flexible extension of your office. Members are welcome to bring guests for business-related meetings and collaboration. Your guests may only be in our facilities while accompanied by you— otherwise they will need to become a member.

While The Nook and Conference Room are reserved for member use and cannot be booked individually by non-members, they are included as part of our full facility rental option. Full facility rentals provide exclusive access to the entire building, including all meeting and gathering spaces.

Absolutely! We'd love to host your team on a recurring basis. Whether you're looking for a space for regular team meetings, workshops, trainings, or events, simply fill out our rental inquiry form and let us know what you're looking for. We'll follow up via email to coordinate scheduling, discuss details, and find a setup that works for your needs. You can also get a special membership for your team so that your entire team can call HQ their headquarters— contact us for a custom pricing quote.
